San Francisco Real Estate Agent for Condos, Victorian Homes, and Neighborhood Expertise

We can’t recommend Evan highly enough. He helped us purchase our first Bay Area home in Oakland, and the entire experience felt informed, strategic, and incredibly well supported from start to finish. We looked at homes all over the Bay Area, including San Francisco, and Evan brought deep market knowledge to every neighborhood we explored. He helped us understand pricing strategies, value differences between areas, disclosure nuances, and what to realistically expect in each micro-market. Having that breadth of insight made a huge difference in our confidence and decision-making. Buying in the Bay Area is no small feat, but Evan’s sharp negotiation ...

Evan helped me buy my first home, and he was a wonderful point of contact and supportive partner throughout the process. He provided insights on ongoing developments in the area, coordinated well with the sellers, and asked helpful questions during the walkthroughs to make sure there was nothing being missed. Highly recommend!

Evan showed my wife and me a property. Though it did not end up being interesting for us, he was very friendly and professional. We would recommend working with him.
